If one item is on pre-order, when will my package ship?
Please note that if your order contains an item that is currently on pre-order, your entire order will ship when that item becomes available. If you need part of your order that is currently available, we recommend to place a separate order for more immediate shipping. -
The Hydrobtl was designed and developed to enhance water by increasing the pH and reducing the ORP to create alkaline antioxidant water. Since the Bottle does not filter water, we recommend using filtered or purified water with your Hydrobtl.

The VitaBeads are formulated to naturally enhance and revitalize your water. They are a proprietary blend of all-natural minerals that increases the pH and decreases the ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) to create alkaline and antioxidant water for more effective hydration. The proprietary blend is composed of magnesium, tourmaline, zinc, and silica, which are heated to temperatures over 700 degrees Celsius to create the form and shape of the VitaBeads. They are then housed in the same 316 surgical-grade stainless steel as the interior of the Insulated Hydrobtl.

Each VitaBead Diffuser is designed to alkalize 300 liters of water, which for most people is around 3-4 months.

The Hydrobtl will start alkalizing the water immediately, and it typically takes approximately 20 minutes for the water to reach an optimal level of over 8.5 pH. The VitaBeads are formulated for the pH to level at around 9.5 pH, depending upon the source water.

Each Hydrobtl purchase includes one VitaBead Diffuser and one Diffuser Removal Tool.

Before first use we recommend removing the VitaBead Diffuser and rinsing it for 20 seconds. Then soak it in warm water for 20 minutes, followed by letting it air dry completely overnight. Wash the bottle separately with warm water and plant-based soap if desired. Once dry, insert the Diffuser back into the bottle and you're ready to go!
Please Note: Because of the living Nature of the VitaBeads, there will be pressure buildup within the Hydrobtl. You may receive an occasional refreshing mist of water while opening. During the first two weeks of use, be sure to loosen the cap every few hours to release the pressure. Repeat these instructions each time you replace with a new Diffuser.

We recommend only using purified or filtered water since the VitaBead Diffuser does not filter water. However, any water you consider safe to drink, you may use with the Hydrobtl. For example, your tap water quality may be a different drinkable standard quality depending on where you live. The Hydrobtl will enhance any water you add to it, however, it will not filter water.
As for water temperature, we do not recommend using hot or boiling water as it will decrease the lifespan of the VitaBeads. Using warm, room temperature or cold water is fine. -
How to Remove Your VitaBead Diffuser
Step 1 Step 2 Assemble the Diffuser Removal Tool by connecting the middle component. Once assembled, insert the Tool inside the bottle and lightly place it on top of the Diffuser with little-to-no pressure. Step 3 Step 4 Turn the Tool clockwise until you feel it drop about 1/2 inch. Once it drops, again turn the Tool slightly clockwise to lock into place. Slowly turn clockwise and pull up at the same time to remove the Diffuser.
Note: You may need to apply a fair amount of upward pressure to release the Diffuser the first time.
How to Insert Your VitaBead Diffuser
Step 1 Step 2 Attach the Diffuser into your assembled Tool. Insert the Tool into the bottle. Step 3 Step 4 With enough pressure, push the Tool into the base until you feel the Diffuser lock into place (do not twist the tool when inserting the Diffuser). Once secure, slightly turn the Tool counterclockwise and lift. *Please note: There are two outward 'dots' on the outside of the Diffuser, which the Tool will grab onto. These Dots are at the TOP of your Diffuser and should attach to the Tool. Please ensure you correctly insert the Diffuser into your Tool before reinstalling the Diffuser in your Hydrobtl.

To clean your Hydrobtl, first remove the Diffuser from your bottle. The inside of the bottle and the cap can be cleaned warm soapy water—preferably plant-based soap. Let the bottle and cap air dry for the best results before using again.
Handwash the Diffuser with warm water without any soap. For best results, air dry your Diffuser before inserting back into your bottle. Please ensure to change your Diffuser every 300 liters or every twelve months, whichever comes first.
Do not run in the dishwasher. The Insulated Hydrobtl, including the Diffuser and the Cap, is not dishwasher safe. Dishwashers can reach high enough temperatures that it may impact the scratch-resistant paint of the exterior and compromise the insulation benefit.

Using conventional dish soap may impact shorten lifespan of the VitaBeads. Instead, we recommend hand washing using just warm water and let the Diffuser completely air-dry.

Economy Shipping:
Transit time is between 4 - 8 business days, final delivery by USPS.Standard Ground:
Transit time is between 3 - 5 business days via, final delivery by USPS.
Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped using FedEx Smartpost or USPS Priority Mail. Please note that shipping may take up to two weeks.
FedEx 2Day or Overnight:
Optionally, you can upgrade to FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight to expedite the transit time of your order. Please allow one working day for us to process orders.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available for all domestic orders over $75.

International Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders to Canada over $150. For all other international shipping destinations, we offer free shipping for orders over $175 *excluding Russia.

We offer free shipping for orders to Canada over $100. For all other international shipping destinations, we offer free shipping for orders over $175 *excluding Russia.
Shipping methods vary depending on the shipping destination. We provide both standard and expedited shipping options for your order. The transit time will be displayed for each shipping option, however please note that these are estimates and do not reflect any customs delay by the receiving country. We currently provide the following shipping options:
FedEx International Priority: 1-3 business days
FedEx International Economy: 3-5 business days
Please also note that duties, taxes and import fees—which vary by country—are not included in our international shipping costs. If applicable, these will be charged upon delivery and are the customers, or importers, responsibility.

DISCLAIMER for EU countries: The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Hydrobtl Inspired to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Hydrobtl Inspired may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Returns

Every Hydrobtl is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects that interfere with, limit or prohibit the proper use of your Hydrobtl.
Our warranty is limited to manufacturer defects and does not cover dents, cosmetic damage or issues caused by incorrect use of your Hydrobtl.
If you are experiencing an issue, please submit a warranty claim. Please note that all warranty claims must be submitted no later than two weeks after your order delivery date. Any claim submissions after that may not be eligible for consideration.
How to submit a warranty claim
1. Take some clear pictures or a video of the defect and send to support@hydrobtl.com. Please include the order number or the email address used when the order was placed.
2. Allow 1-3 days for our team to review. We may have some follow up questions via email.
3. If approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. You can use that label to return the defective bottle to us.*
4. Once we receive and inspect the defective bottle, we will send out a twice-inspected replacement. If we determine there is no manufacturer defect, we will be happy to return the bottle to you. We just ask for you to pay for the shipping.
*For international customers, the return of the defective bottle will be handled on a case by case basis.
NOTE: We are not able to process claims that do not include pictures or a video. All returns are inspected and tested upon receipt.

You may return any new, unused Hydrobtl product within 30 days of shipping for a refund. Returned items must be in perfect and unused/unopened condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 15 business days to process a return from the day that your items are received back in our warehouse.
We are not able to accept exchanges at this time. However, we will be introducing new colors in the near future.
If you would like to file a lost claim, we ask that you report to our support team within 60 days of your order ship date for consideration. Otherwise we unfortunately will not be able to file a missing item claim on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding.
If you purchased your Hydrobtl product from a store or website other than www.hydrobtl.com, please contact them directly about a return or exchange.

If you would like to have a return label generated for you and you are within the US, please send an email to support@hydrobtl.com with the subject "Return Label Request" and include your order number in the email. Please note, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
*Note that each return is tested and inspected upon receipt. If a returned product shows signs of use, we are happy to ship it back and just ask for you to pay for the shipping. As a courtesy we will reach out via email and hold items for 30 business days from the date of outreach. Thereafter, on-hold items are subject to be discarded for storage purposes and are not eligible to be replaced. We thank you for your understanding.
